Phoenix is doing online-business exclusively under the following conditions:

2. PAYMENT

Payment has to be done in advance according to our invoice (without tax). The shipping costs depend on the quantity ordered and on the country. As soon as Phoenix receives an order, the costumer will be sent a order confirmation.

3. RETURN OF / COMPLAINT

As our products are exclusively custom-made to the buyer's specification, it is not poosible to return any of the goods.

4. DELIVERY

The products are custom-made after we receive the order. Then the customer gets a order confirmation including the delivery time.

5. PRODUCTS

Phonix artificial plants are mainly made by hand and partially consist of natural stems. Productinformation regarding size and colour should be regarded as imprecise as natural stems differ in form and look.
